Wow of the Week - 1
Here is your first WOW of the week!
Last week we had the incredibly successful Wildern Olympics celebrating athletic achievement throughout Europe. We have also have a fabulous summer of sport including the Olympic Games, Para Olympics, Wimbledon etc.
This week challenge students to think about the value of World Records. Are they important? Will we ever reach a physical limit? Look at some of the images in this link
Are some world records pointless and without value?
How amazing is the 86 year old gymnast and her quote - 'I hope the record inspires others to realise it's never too late.'
